CSUF ‘tests’ condoms from 99 Cents Only store

Nicole Park of Cal State Fullerton’s Daily Titan website has put together an educational and amusing YouTube video that compares condoms that are sold at 99 Cents Only stores with condoms usually sold or distributed elsewhere, such as at health clinics. The video does not include any nudity or profanity. Instead, it promotes safe sex.

Good to know that her tests passed for the one sold at .99 cents, but I’ll stick to the name brand! Worth the extra cost just in case!
They sell the condoms up in the front at the checkstand, right next to the 99-cent pregnancy tests.

As funny as this is, the potential societal impact could be consequential. If they are found out to have a high failure rate and the information is published, it could prevent many unwanted pregnancies.
If they trun out to be as good as the name brands, it will save me at least a buck fifty a year. I sure hope the feds don’t decide to tax it.
The 99 cent store pregnancy test actualy worked. I didnt think iw as pregnant and was just taking one to be on the safe side, it said I was pregnant and now my little guy is 4.
Well , ms. park i think the use of an inanimate cuccumber may add too many uncontrolled variables. You may need to perform these tests under more exact “real-world” conditions. don’t worry , I’ll be more than happy to assist you. we’ll need to use a couple makes of cars, to test in a “backseat”environment . We will also need copious ammounts of alcoholic beverages for the “saturday night” test. because properly opening packaging is an important factor to consider . especially while intoxicated.so like i said, I’ll be here to assist you…..
